The Associate in Arts Program is proud to partner with The UDairy Creamery to operate the UDairy Creamery Market, located at 815 N. Market St. in Wilmington.
The UDairy Creamery, founded in 2008 by the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, develops, produces and sells premium ice cream from University-owned dairy cows. The UDairy Creamery Market represents a collaboration with UD Associate in Arts Program students, who staff the location, produce ice cream in-house from UDairy milk, serve customers, and gain invaluable experience in promoting sustainable business practices.
The Creamery Market offers UDairy ice cream products for purchase, as well as burgers, gourmet sandwiches, and salads that feature ingredients sourced from CANR's farms and organic gardens.
The UDairy Creamery Market is open Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
