​We look forward to welcoming all newly admitted AAP students and their families at our 2023 Admitted Student Night (ASN) open-house events. All in-person events begin at 5:30 p.m. The virtual ASN event on June 1 begins at 6 p.m.

  • Wednesday, April 5: Dover, Del-One Conference Center
  • Thursday, April 20: Georgetown, Carvel Center
  • Monday, April 24 and Tuesday, April 25: Wilmington, Community Education Building

  • Thursday, June 1: Virtual Admitted Student Night

All admitted AAP students have received an emailed invitation with a link to register for their campus’s event. After registering, students should continue to check their email regularly for further messages about ASN, in addition to other important information for new students. About AAP

University of Delaware’s Associate in Arts Program offers students the opportunity to complete their first two years of college at campuses in Dover, Georgetown or Wilmington.

The AAP offers academically rigorous UD courses, taught exclusively by UD faculty, that simultaneously fulfill our associate-degree requirements and the core requirements for majors leading to the bachelor’s degree. Here are some other reasons to apply to the AAP:

  • AAP tuition is free for SEED-eligible students
  • AAP offers a fast track to a teaching or nursing career

  • AAP offers experiential learning opportunities that develop students’ leadership skills and build strong relationships with their communities
